 ไข่ป่าม คือ ไข่ย่างหอมใบตอง เมนูที่มีเฉพาะภาคเหนือ วิธืทำง่ายๆ ใส่ไข่ปรุงรสด้วย น้ำปลา หรือซีอิ้วขาว เพิ่มส่วนผสมอื่นเช่นต้นหอมซอย แครอท หอม ไข่มดหรือเนื้อหมู นำมาใส่ใกระทงใบตองแล้วนำไปย่างบนไฟอ่อนๆ จนกระทั่งไข่สุกเหลือง ลักษณะเหมือนไข่เจียว..หอมอ่อนๆจากใบตอง
