We pick you up at your hotel in the morning and visit our favorite local market to select some of our ingredients, then we go to our school, Next we are off for a quick tour of the surrounding our organic garden, along the way you will learn some fun facts while harvesting some novel yummies.

coconut, shredding the meat out then squeezing the fresh sweat juice out. We have
been doing this from the beginning and continue to make fresh coconut milk
every day.
