The hardest part of 2018 was moving my
bookings around to keep my class small, I want to cook with everybody, but my
school is small.
I do my best keep my classes at a maximum enrollment
of 16 people, Yesterday I lost the challenge and accidentally over booked with 27
people. Everything was fine “I have a life time of experience teaching” my students
where positive and had a fun day. This is my goal to make sure people have fun
learning how to cook.
