Mang Mao Bug: "The Thai Rain Bug"

Their first day in Thailand they were in Chiang Rai and experienced the 6.3 earth quake. Second day they came to our cooking school, during class we had a big storm that took out the power, then the heavy rain brought the “Mang Mao” bugs out of the rice field, something that only happens once a year, perfectly harmless but vary annoying. Thank you for having such a good attitude, and making fun with the situation.

Making Thai spring rolls, at night with heavy rain, lighting, and thunder no power for lights, and a swarm of Mang Mao bugs “Thailand’s Rain Bug”  and still have a sense of humor, good work girls!

Look at how fast they work!
